I just want to thank you for being so kind and helpful the other day.
I spoke to you recently regarding my mother's Panasonic DVD/VCR player which was authorized for exchange - I'm sure you'll remember because we were on the phone for so long! As you will know by now, your couriers collected the old/delivered the new machine the following Monday, as you had promised.
I managed to install it for my mother, and she is now the proud and happy owner of a new(working) machine, complete with the zillion extra channels you pointed out that she has access to! You were particularly helpful and paid such consideration to our specific dilemma, to say nothing of the time you spent on the problem.
So a big THANK YOU to you, and I will of course not hesitate to recommend Let's Go Digital in the future.

All to often it is easy to criticise but we forget to say thanks when people get it spot on. So this is just a short message to say many thanks for a super service. Panasonic TV ordered Friday pm and delivered Tue 8 Jan as promised. No waiting for 10-15min for a sales person to answer the phone - I got through in seconds, no one trying to con you into additional guarantee's that were not required and most of all a really good price for the TV.

What brilliant service your company provides. I really liked the web
site, so clear and easy to use, ordering was child's play, and as for

I can't praise LetsGoDigital enough.The website is a dream to navigate
and the service is exceptional. I ordered a TV at 8.30 PM on Wednesday
and it arrived at 8.30 AM on Friday - exactly as stated. Communication
with the company was faultless, they e-mailed with details of the order,
delivery and what to do should I have any concerns. You can't ask for
better than that, and to top the lot the price was unbeatable - I know -
I did a LOT of checking before buying! I can recommend this company
wholeheartedly, and shan't hesitate to use them again.

- every member of staff deserves a pat on the back now and again! My
comment to my husband was - "just think how fast they would have been if

P.S. the second part of the 'wow factor'? The quality of the TV - it's
a quantum leap away from our 15 year old tube Sony set.We weren't
going to replace it until it died - but it's refused to do so - and it's
